In registering to receive our newsletter, you agree for your email to be used for internal advertising purposes for the duration of your subscription. You may withdraw your consent for this use of your data at any time, with ongoing effect.

2. Communication of data

Collected personal data is never used outside of the company or sold to third parties -- unless expressly required for the processing of a contract.

3. Data transmission and logging for internal and statistical use

You can visit and browse the GfK GeoMarketing website without having to enter your personal data or disclose your identity. For technical reasons, your web browser will automatically transmit data (log files) to our web server when you visit our site. The data in question concerns, among other things, information on the date and time of access, website from which the page was accessed, browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. This data is saved in a separate location from the data that you voluntarily enter when registering or ordering a product. It is not possible for us to associate this data with a specific person. The data is used exclusively for statistical purposes and cannot be traced back to specific individuals.

4. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to our saving of your data at any time and for any reason. No explanations are required.

5. Right of access to personal data
